What delivery methods do you offer?
Standard delivery (EVRI): £3.95 or free on orders of £100 or more. Next day delivery (DPD): £7 (next day delivery is only available in England and Wales).
When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery via EVRI: within 3 working days (if ordered before 3 pm Monday - Friday). Next day delivery via DPD: within 1 working day (if ordered before 3 pm Monday-Thursday).
I ordered my product with next day delivery, why is it not here?
Our next day delivery service is available Monday - Friday for all orders placed before 3 pm. If your order was placed outside of this window it will be processed on the next working day. There may occasionally be additional external factors affecting your delivery time. If you have experienced a delivery delay, please reach out to The Joy Hub team by emailing customercare@joonbyrd.com with your name and order number so we can help!
Can I cancel or amend my order?
At this time Joonbyrd cannot process cancellations. Please see our returns policy for more information on how to return your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time Joonbyrd ships only within the UK, Channel Islands and the US. We will be forging more feel-good connections across the globe soon, so please make sure to sign up to our newsletter, Wellness Prescribed, for updates.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with the details of your EVRI or DPD delivery including a tracking number for your parcel. You can also track your order within the Joonbyrd 'My Account' section. Log in here.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We hope your Joonbyrd products bring you as much joy as they bring us! However, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your products within 28 days of receipt, free of charge. Please note that for hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened and unused items in their original packaging for returns, and in the same condition that you received them, unless faulty. We cannot accept partial returns for items that were purchased as part of a set or bundle. We can only accept returns on orders placed directly on joonbyrd.com. Please note that Gift Cards and Lucky Charms are final sale.
To initiate the free returns process, please reach out to The Joy Hub team at customercare@joonbyrd.com. Please make sure to include your name and order number. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (minus initial shipping costs) to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, your credit may take a further 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Can I exchange my products?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to support online product exchanges.
